Healthy screen time: how to play without overdoing it
To look after your screen time, agree on a stopping point before you play and leave room for meals, sleep, movement and time with others. As a family, make the agreement together and take the child's age into account.

Choose a limit you can see
Stop after one campaign day or a well-defined task. If breaks disappear when you start a second activity, stop at the first summary.
Talk about the session
Ask what was fun and what made stopping hard. The Brazilian federal guide on children, teenagers and screens has age-based recommendations to help families choose.
