Mood check-ins: how writing down what you feel helps you notice yourself
A mood check-in is a short note about what you notice right now. You can write one word and, if it helps, add something about the context, like sleep, company or the task at hand.

Reread with curiosity
A single note says how that moment was. When you reread several, look for recurring situations and differences. Keep the journal somewhere you feel comfortable writing.
How it works in the game
Fazendinha Retrô's well-being panel records check-ins and can suggest seeds related to the emotion you chose. Treat the record as a form of personal observation.
