Games for working on emotions with kids
A game can open a conversation about what a child felt when trying something new, waiting for the harvest or making a mistake. Ask concrete questions and accept that they may want to answer later.

Talk about what happened
After a hard level, ask what the most annoying moment was and what would help next time. Avoid turning the activity into a behavior test.
Use the check-in as an example
In Fazendinha Retrô, the mood panel names different feelings. Play at finding words for a farm scene and relate them to something simple in everyday life.
